REFUND POLICY
WEST OTTAWA HORNETS COMPETITIVE PLAYERS
Tryout fees are non-refundable and any player who accepts a position on a West Ottawa Hornets competitive team is making a firm commitment to the team and does not qualify for a refund of registration fees. We encourage all potential competitive team players (and parents) to ask questions of the coaching staff before and during try-outs and to consider their commitment to playing at this level before being selected for a position on a team. This policy is designed to ensure that individuals do not displace those genuinely interested in participating without a firm commitment to involvement.
