This season West Ottawa Basketball will continue its FREE monthly skills development clinics that will be open to players 8-18 years of age who are registered in either our recreational or competitive program.
Our first clinic will be a Shooting Fundamentals Clinic.
This clinic is an opportunity for players to sharpen their shooting fundamentals, including their release point, finish, guide hand and footprint. We will give players practical tips and drills to work on over the course of the season.
Mark Emond will be leading the clinic. Mark is West Ottawa’s VP of Competitive, Coach and Player Development, Head Coach of our West Ottawa Hornets U16 Girls Competitive Team and former Head Coach of Ottawa’s Girls Team at the Ontario Summer Games.
This is a great opportunity for a shooting tune-up for the season!
