For our West Ottawa Coaches:

• The West Ottawa Basketball Association will reimburse our Coaches their NCCP training costs with a 2 year commitment to coaching with us

• We provide Coach Training Sessions at the beginning of the season at no cost

• We provide a Coach Mentor Program for all new Coaches

• We provide access to Coaching Resources

• We provide "Coach's Corner" for coaching tips and discussions

• We provide our Coaches with Expert Seminars

For our West Ottawa Players:

• We have a Selects program to develop players

• We provide additional training sessions for our players

• We provide volunteer opportunities for our players

• We have a Referee Program to provide employment for our players
